Bluestar is a privately owned Australian funds management business with a focus on private markets.

Bluestar Funds Management Pty Ltd was established by Axius Partners as the vehicle to

provide wholesale investors the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of the

management team and invest with reputable real estate groups to achieve excellent

risk/adjusted returns.

Axius Partners was established in 2011 as a boutique real estate corporate advisor, fund

placement and funds management incubation service provider in the Australian

marketplace. Since 2011, Axius Partners has raised over $6 billion for Funds Management

businesses in the Australian institutional market. In addition, they have structured over

$4b of real estate loans and investments for some of the most experienced and reputable

real estate groups.

The Bluestar team is highly experienced with over a combined 100 years of experience in

both funds management and real estate institutional banking. The team members have

completed over 100 transactions worth approximately $4 billion. These transactions

include both advisory and investment transactions in senior secured, mezzanine,

preferred equity and equity. The team has strong credit, equity investment due diligence

and risk management capabilities specialising in the real estate sector.
